Drupal is still being developed, and very actively. The community is perhaps the strongest it's ever been, and releases come regularly. Drupal 7.0 is only months away. Drupal seems to have got a bit stuck, not a lot is happening. It is still excellent, and I use it for all projects that require a robust CMS, but it does not seem to be getting developed at a very quick pace at the moment. I am actually worried that the OS community may eventually move on to other projects.
